The Charity Registration Online Renewal System may be used by Charity Registrants after reviewing and completing all checklist items on the Online Renewal System Checklist page.
Use Create/Reset User ID in the left-hand Menu to create or reset your User ID and Password.
If you have used the system before, use the same User ID and Password.
The Online Registration Renewal System should be compatible with the latest versions of popular browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer browsers. Others may work, but some may make the system appear to behave improperly. Tips in case of trouble using the system include

Submissions made through this system are not automatically approved.They are placed in queue for an analyst to review. Use the
Registry Verification Search tool to monitor updates and newly published documents.
Again, before logging in to submit required annual reporting data and forms, please be sure you have everything ready to enter/upload as listed on the
Online Renewal System Checklist page.
The online session must be conducted by an agent authorized to sign on behalf of the organization.
